The Con Edison Gas Piping Inspection app facilitates qualified licensed plumbers in the New York City Con Edison gas service territory to conduct Corrosion and Leak Survey Inspections in compliance with the NYC Local Law 152. Plumbers must possess the Northeast Gas Association (“NGA”) Covered Task 86 operator qualification.
